At Australian Muscle Parts we understand that an oil pan is not just a chunk of metal covering a hole in the bottom of your motor. That is why every oil pan we make is designed to give you the best oil control for your application, by removing oil from the crank and keeping the oil in the pick up area, this gives you the maximum horsepower gain and performance from your oil pan. Our pans feature full length kick outs (where applicable), trap door baffles, properly placed for each application, removable windage trays and screens. All of our oil pans start with a 3/8" 6061 T-6 billet rail, billet front and rear seals CNC machined to very tight tolerances. The pans are tehn formed from .090 3003 H-14 Aluminium. This combination provides you with a light weight and very durable oil pan that will remain flt, even after repeated removals.

We offer a complete line of competition Wet Sump Oil Pans. In many competition categories the governing body's limit the engine builder from using a Dry Sump Oil System. Because of this we have developed, in conjunction with, several well known engine builders, a wet sump, oil control, system. At Australian Muscle Parts we take into consideration every aspect of engine oil control. We strategically place trap door baffles in the proper location for each application, directing oil flow and containing it in the pick up area. At Australian Muscle Parts we feel that a properly designed dry sump system is far superior to any wet sump oil system. We said "Properly Designed". Very simply put, a dry sump oil system must have the ability to remove all the oil and air possible from the engine, remove the air from the oil and return clean oil back to the engine. It is common to here of situations where the oil level will decrease in the oil tank and accumulate in the oil pan at high engine speeds. This problem is caused by pumps that do not scavenge properly and/or an oil pan design that is incorrect. At AMP we have engineered each pan to suite the application. Our pan degigns incorporate large "Kick Outs", when room allows, and a series of baffles or screens as necessary to give you the best possible oil control. Each V8 dry sump pan comes standard with three-12 scavenge fittings, unless otherwise requested.

All of our Top Fuel and Alcohol oil pans are built with the same quality as every product we make. We start with a 3/8" 6061 T-6 billet rail CNC machined to very tight tolerances. We use a very special alloy high strength aluminium which provides exceptional strength and durability which is necessary because of the harsh conditions these pans are subjected to. Our pans feature built in scrapers, trap door baffles, removeable windage trays, large drain plugs (allows you to drain your oil faster between rounds), and optional welded in oil pick ups available in -12, -16 or -20 fittings.
