At Australian Muscle Parts we take into consideration Rocker Arm, Push Rod, and Valve Spring clearance in every Valve Cover we produce.
With all this in mind we start the process with a 3/8” 6061 T6 aluminium billet gasket rail, CNC Machined to extremely tight tolerances. This
provides a rigid sealing surface that remains flat even after repeated removals. Our covers are formed from .090 3003
H-14 aluminium. All of our Valve Covers are 100% tig welded in fixtures and checked for fit on a cylinder head before
packaging.
