At Australian Muscle Parts we take intoconsideration Rocker Arm, Push Rod, and Valve Spring clearance in every Valve Cover we produce.With all of this in mind we start the process with a 3/8" 6061 T6 aluminium billet rail, CNC Machined to extremely tight tolerances, This provides a rigid sealing surface that remains flat even after repeated removals. Our covers are formed from .090 3003 H-14 aluminium, All of our Valve Covers are 100% tig welded in fixtures and checked for fit on a cylinder head before packaging.
